Orange Muscat This 2021 Orange Muscat is Paso Robles is refreshingly off dry, perfect for warm days by the pool. It is clear with straw yellow color with flinty aromas of honeysuckle and orange blossoms and flavors of bergamot. It has a light body and medium plus acidity with a slight spritz that pairs wonderfully with ceviche and parmesan crudité.
Rosé Cabernet Sauvignon This 2021 elegant off dry rosé of Cabernet Sauvignon is peachy salmon colored reminiscent of strolls through summertime gardens of Ranunculus flowers with rose petals and passion fruit tickle your nose with sweet spice and raspberry on the palate. With medium plus acidity and light body, it’s a perfect aperitif with Manchego cheese or pasta salad.
Rosé Cabernet Sauvignon This 2021 limited edition wine has the colors of the canyons of Malibu fleeting with the wind in your hair under a canopy of peachy Mimosa trees. Aromas of red currants and mouth-watering watermelon delight the senses with luscious cranberries and red licorice on the palate. A light bodied wine making it a perfect pairing with prosciutto or watermelon and feta salad.
2019 Pinot Noir This is the perfect wine for fall holidays, light and perfect for gatherings when you want a wine that will please a crowd. With fresh tart cherries and cranberries on the nose and raspberries, currants, cloves and black tea on the palate, it’s a holiday delight. The hints of oak tones and a light body and medium acidity, pair well with yams and turkey as well as soft cheeses such as Gruyere and Camembert.
2019 Syrah This Syrah is a crown jewel of pomegranates that the beholder may admire in their challis. With lilacs and strawberries on the nose, a smile on the lips and tart cherries and red currants on the grateful tongue, it delights the senses. The medium body and acidity and ever so slight high alcohol is a perfect pairing for a romantic evening with a gorgonzola and blue cheese salad, a rack of lamb and a slow waltz.
2018 Cabernet Sauvignon An unpretentious yet bold ruby colored Cabernet has aromas of lavender and blueberries with savory blueberries, currants and espresso on an obliging tongue. Its velvety mouthfeel, medium body, and supple tannins is enjoyable long after basking in romantic candle lit dinner of filet mignon.

2018 Caldeaux Red Blend Rubies in the glass dance in front of a warm campfire as aromas of bramble berries and tobacco lift up into the air. The flavors of tart cranberries, tobacco and hints of olive and complexity of marzipan with medium body and acidity pair well with Limburger cheese on top of baked potatoes, baby back ribs, and long starry nights filled with fond memories.
2019 Lodi Petite Sirah A gold medal winner yet its Amethysts that cling to the glass as evocative of royal velvet regalia. Yet you don’t have to have royal blood to enjoy the scent of dark cherries and black currants on the nose in a ballroom of intense blueberries, black berries, vanilla bean and hazelnut coating your mouth. Your chef will carve your roast beef and delight you with fromage scalloped potatoes as you sit upon your throne.
Dessert Wine A wine that may be admired from afar as a painting in a fine art gallery. Dense black onyx in color turns to Amethyst as a glass of lavender, blueberries and chocolates entice the nose to draw you in closer. Fortified with spirits, the blueberries and toffee coat your tongue as molasses as it moves through you. Enjoying this heavy master piece is a pleasure for all of the senses.
